What is FTTP / full fibre? +
FTTP stands for Fibre To The Premises — a pure fibre-optic connection running all the way from the exchange into your home, with no copper in the line. That means faster, more reliable speeds with far less buffering or slowdown than older part-copper connections.
Do I need a phone line? +
No. These are data-only services — there's no line rental and no landline required or included. You pay purely for the broadband.
Is a router included? +
You'll get an Openreach (or alt-net) ONT installed at activation. You supply your own broadband router with an Ethernet WAN port — which keeps your monthly cost down and lets you use the kit you prefer.
Will my price go up mid-contract? +
No. Aquiss pledges no annual mid-contract price rises, so the price you sign up at is the price you keep for the term.
What's included with every plan? +
Unlimited usage, a static IPv4 address, static IPv6 addresses (/56), £0 activation and installation during the offer, and a 12-month minimum contract on most plans.
